City Secrets

The app City Secrets, is provided by NothingWorks. It doesn’t track any of the users data, if the app isn’t downloaded via TestFlight. We do not store any personally identifiable information with the only exception being our newsletter, which is opt-in.

Schedule!

The app, Schedule!, is provided by NothingWorks. It doesn’t track any of the users data, if the app isn’t downloaded via TestFlight. We do not store any personally identifiable information with the only exception being our newsletter, which is opt-in. We have no way of reading your calendar events outside of your device, since we don’t keep them on any servers or third party services. All your calendar events are stored in your regular calendar account, for example iCloud, Google or Exchange.

KremeKoerier

The app, KremeKoerier, is provided by NothingWorks. For this app we make a distinction between the normal user and administrators of the app. An administrator is a certified user who has access to edit the app and database. It doesn’t track any of the users data, if the app isn’t downloaded via TestFlight and if the user is not an administrator.

Normal user

At KremeKoerier, we value your privacy and strive to be transparent about the data we collect and how it’s used. This section outlines the privacy practices that apply to regular users of the app.

Personal data collection

We do not collect or store any personal information from users such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying data.

Location-Based Notifications

  • When you choose to receive notifications about the ice cream truck’s proximity, we ask you to set a preferred location within the app.

  • This location is stored securely and used solely to determine when the ice cream truck is nearby.

  • Once the truck approaches the saved location, we send you a notification.

  • We do not track your real-time location or movement.

Data Usage and Sharing

  • The saved location is only used internally by the app to trigger proximity alerts.

  • We do not share, sell, or transmit this data to any third parties.

Data Retention

  • Your chosen location will be stored until you manually remove or update it in the app.

  • You can delete the location at any time, and it will be permanently removed from our systems.

Administrators

This section outlines the data collection and usage practices for users with administrative access to the KremeKoerier app.

Personal Data Collection

  • When registering or logging in as an administrator, we collect and store your email address. This is required to authenticate your access and manage permissions.

  • We do not collect additional personal information beyond the email address unless explicitly required for future features or verification purposes.

Location Data

  • Administrators may choose to share their location within the app. This is entirely optional.

  • If location sharing is enabled, the provided location is stored and used solely to display the current location of the ice cream truck on the app for ‘normal users’.

  • We do not use this location data for any other purpose.

Access Control and Authorization

  • Administrators can only access and modify the sections of the app and its data for which they are explicitly authorized.

  • All administrative actions are governed by role-based permissions to prevent unauthorized access or changes to unrelated parts of the system.

Data Usage and Sharing

  • Administrator data (email and location, if shared) is used exclusively for operational purposes within the app.

  • We do not sell, share, or disclose administrator data to third parties.
